Our firm has expertise and experience in resolution of tax disputes at the ADR, Tribunal and court levels. Recently, we handled Some notable disputes like

  1. Kiambu High Court Petition No. 1 of 2017 consolidated with Pet. No. 5 of 2017, Handled the petition challenging inter alia the scope, mandate and power of KRA to collect levies under Memorandum of understanding entered between KRA and Kiambu County Government to the exclusion of collecting authority designated by statute.
     

Excise duty and income Tax

Represented a Kenyan Brewery in multiple criminal cases on tax evasion. Successfully challenged the closure and occupation of the brewery by KRA. The brewery was handed over.

1 Samuel 8:10-18
