We have successfully handled over seventy Six (76) constitutional petitions under The Constitution of Kenya, 2010. The petitions have touched several area of law including The Right to privacy, police and state excesses, Fair Administrative Action, Right to clean environment and intergenerational rights to quality environment, Constitutionality of Acts of parliament, provisions on the Bill of Rights, Elections, Land and property, Citizenship, Devolution and Devolved Government and Public Finance. The firm is currently representing various clients in prosecuting and defending constitutional references and judicial review proceedings. We settled multiple and major points of law inter alia thus:-

  1. Milimani Petition No. 86 of 2017, successfully Challenged the installation of mobile device spying system on mobiles service providers by communication authority of Kenya.
  2. Milimani Petition No. 87 of 2017, successfully Challenging the constitutionality of the Contempt of Court Act, 2017. The Act was declared unconstitutional.
  3. Nairobi Petition 628 & 629 of 2014, successfully Challenged the Security Laws amendment Act for infringement of civil liberties
