Kabui M. Mwangi

Kabui M. Mwangi
is the Managing Partner at MMAS Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya admitted in 2010. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Patent Agent, and WIPO Panel Neutral, he has extensive experience in intellectual property law, including trademark prosecution, portfolio audits, licensing, and enforcement. Kabui regularly represents clients in trademark opposition and infringement disputes and advises on brand protection, anti-counterfeiting strategies, and IP transactions. He serves on the Global Advisory Council of the International Trademark Association (INTA).

Patricia J. Lelei

Patricia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and leads the firm’s Property & Finance Department. She advises clients on conveyancing, real estate development, construction law, and commercial property transactions. Her work supports the structuring and protection of property assets, often intersecting with intellectual property and commercial rights in complex development projects.

Samuel N. Ng’ang’a

Mr. Njuguna is a highly experienced legal practitioner of over Thirteen (13) years of practice. He holds a bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) (Honours) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law.
Before joining Manasses, Mwangi & Associates (MMAS) as a Partner, he worked as a senior litigation associate at A. F. GROSS & Co. Advocates. Mr. Njuguna possesses extensive experience in diverse areas of dispute resolution. Notably, Mr. Njuguna represented Euro copter in the Saitoti Commission of enquiry into the cause of the air crash that killed a Kenyan Cabinet Minister and an Assistant Minister (link) he has represented clients in dispute of international child abduction, Compulsory acquisition of land for in public interest (link) ; Acted as case counsel in High net worth Arbitration disputes among others

Mutheki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management She is the Office Administrator at MMAS Advocates. Evalyne is a licensed Court Process Server and has over five years of experience in law firm administration, office systems, employee relations, vendor management, and executive support, making her an integral part of the firm’s professional structure.

James holds a Bachelor of Science degree (BSc.) in Geo Physics from Kenyatta University. Serves as the firm’s logistics Manager.
