Kabui M. Mwangi is the Managing Partner at MMAS Advocates and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya admitted in 2010. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), Patent Agent, and WIPO Panel Neutral, he has extensive experience in intellectual property law, including trademark prosecution, portfolio audits, licensing, and enforcement. Kabui regularly represents clients in trademark opposition and infringement disputes and advises on brand protection, anti-counterfeiting strategies, and IP transactions. He serves on the Global Advisory Council of the International Trademark Association (INTA).

Before joining Manasses, Mwangi & Associates (MMAS) as a Partner, he worked as a senior litigation associate at A. F. GROSS & Co. Advocates. Mr. Njuguna possesses extensive experience in diverse areas of dispute resolution. Notably, Mr. Njuguna represented Euro copter in the Saitoti Commission of enquiry into the cause of the air crash that killed a Kenyan Cabinet Minister and an Assistant Minister (link) he has represented clients in dispute of international child abduction, Compulsory acquisition of land for in public interest (link) ; Acted as case counsel in High net worth Arbitration disputes among others Mr. Njuguna specializes in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Environment and Land Matters, and has extensive experience in Insurance Law and Labour Laws.
