a) Match Masters Limited vs. Anti-Counterfeit Agency;
We successfully represented Match Master Limited at the High court against an unlawful seizure of their goods by the Anti-Counterfeit Agency. The matter is now at the Court of Appeal.

b) Alkhemy Brands Limited vs. Kenya Revenue Authority;
We successfully instituted Judicial Review proceedings at the High Court in Machakos against the Kenya Revenue Authority, (KRA), for unlawfully closing down Alkhemy Brand’s production factory in an Excise Duty Tax contention. We managed to have the factory opened and resumed their operations in less than 48 hours.

c) Nakumatt Holdings Limited;
We have represented and defended Nakumatt Holdings Ltd in the High Court, before Parliament and the NSSF Board where the bone of contention was the Lease over the Premises that were Lifestyle Building by NSSF.

d) Catapult Brand Consulting Limited;
We are currently handling a Commercial dispute on Breach of Contract on behalf of Catapult Brand Consulting Limited against the County Government of Nyandarua.

e) Kiambu Water and Sewerage Company Limited;
We are currently representing the Company in a payment dispute row from several of it’s Clients who have defaulted in paying for water and sewerage services at the Kiambu Law Courts.

f) Genco University vs. Commission for University Education;
We are currently handling a Judicial Review Case on behalf of Genco University challenging the actions of the Commission withdrawing the University’s License.

g) Village Market;
We have drafted Security Agreements for Village Market in addition to consulting and advising them on strategic litigation and landlord/tenant disputes.

h) Litigation in Uganda;
We have acted for Tasco Industries, Engano Millers, Hoima Sugar and Kinyara Sugar in Uganda in different commercial disputes.
