Patricia is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya who is always looking for a higher challenge, particularly in real estate, finance and commercial law practice. Acting for various real estate companies in structuring real estate projects including preparation of project documents, joint ventures, setting up special purpose vehicles, preparation of all sale documents, handling of sale transactions between developers and buyers, registration of interests and handling closure of the projects.
Representing clients in change of users, extension of leases and subdivision of land.
Acting for multiple clients in the purchase, sale and disposal of various interests in land including undeveloped land, apartments, office units and homes.
Acting for various companies and public bodies in preparation and execution of leases and licenses for units in commercial and residential buildings.
Undertaking legal structuring and preparation of security agreements for an international mortgage company in a project finance facility of USD 5 million to a Kenyan company.
Acting for banks, micro finance banks and saccos in lending transactions where we handle due diligence with respect to borrowers and on land offered as collateral, structuring of lending transactions and perfection of all securities and advising on all legal matters arising.
Advising a lending company involved in supply chain financing in legal aspects of the lending, preparing factoring agreements, security documents and all the documents to be executed between the lender and third parties.
