• Alkhemy Brands Limited vs. Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA): Successfully instituted Judicial Review proceedings against KRA for unlawfully closing a production factory. Resumed operations in less than 48 hours.
• Nakumatt Holdings Limited: Defended the client in the High Court, before Parliament, and the NSSF Board regarding a lease dispute over the Lifestyle Building.
• Catapult Brand Consulting Limited: Currently handling a commercial dispute regarding Breach of Contract against the County Government of Nyandarua.
